SHIPPING
All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS). Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours following cleared payment and should be received within approximately 4-10 business days.
SALES TAX
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.
RETURN POLICY:
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Paypal and Google Checkout for payments and are verified merchants. These services accept various payment methods. PayPal Buyer Protection will cover eligible transactions for the full purchase price plus original shipping charge. Using Google checkout you are able to shop with confidence and if the seller has been unresponsive to your return/refund request, they will mediate on your behalf. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We work diligently to keep of all items listed at Alluring Fragrance available to you by updating the products we promote weekly. Though every effort is made so this will not happen, if there is a time when the item you want to purchase runs out of stock through unexpected high sales by our supplier(s), we will offer you a full refund.
